Yes. I was ready to try that as well. I don't have cartridges yet, but I'll get them in the next couple days. If it makes any difference, the scanner randomly quit recognizing internet also....I had to reset the whole thing (printer and laptop) via Scan Dr. That part is working fine now, but I haven't tried printing yet. Print Dr says system is fine, by the way. So...maybe the reset and new cartridges will do the trick. I'll keep you posted. Thanks!
