I purchased the HP Envy Photo 7820 printer from Hong Kong an year ago, but soon moved to New Zeland. Now I'm trying to setup my printer for the first time. The printer said "install cartridge" - so I went and bought a new cartridge (as there was none in my printer's box). The printer now shows a message "install SETUP cartridge" - which I dont have either (there was none in my printer's box too).
There is no way that I can go back to the seller and ask for the missing printer setup cartridge.
Is there a way that I can use my printer without the set-up cartridge?
