Were you able to perform a reset of the network? I would recommend doing that as a preliminary step. This would involve turning off all the devices from the network and re-running the wireless setup wizard on the printer. Then power back on all the devices and let the reconnect to the network.
Also, are you using the ePrint apps or are you using AirPrint? The different methods of printing may lead to different steps for resolving this issue.
