I bought a HP5520 2 days ago and whilst setting up it made this horrible grinding noise. However, I thought, with use, this may ease. Now it says the paper is jammed. so when I check there is no jam and then it says, it is out of paper. So I take the paper out, bang it on the desk, tidy it up, put it back in and it says paper jam. and so on and so on... I have tried less paper, I have tried more paper.. the grinding noise continues .... very frustrated... any ideas?
