Thanks for reaching out to the community. A very good day to you I will be glad to assist you and let’s get right to it. Terrific observations and diagnostics made. It is amply appreciated.
I will be providing a road map with some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Let us try these steps:
- Did you restore network defaults on the computer?
- Are you able to access the control panel of the printer?
For now,try these steps:
- Restore network defaults on the computer by following directions from this link: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04204791 refer to page 39 for instructions.
Now check if the issue gets resolved. If it continues, then I will send you a private message to perform a semi full reset on the printer. Check your forum private message box for instructions in the upper right corner next to the bell.
This will nail it for you as it is completely restored to factory settings.
Then run the wireless setup wizard again from the printer to get connected.
Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. :)
