Re: Remove Ink cartrage and reinstall

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?

 

      Last Week I printed out 4 pages. The first 3 where fine the 4th was smeared horizontally and unreadable.

 

 

 

  • Are you using HP genuine cartridges?

  •  

    I had a Jarbo in both color and black and where working fine for the last 2 months.

    After this error happened I purchased a new black HP and put in with the same results.

 

  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

     

  • No.

 

  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting

Yes after replacing with a black HP cartridge I preformed a hard shutdown. Also loaded and ran HP Scan Doctor, it only told me that I had the error.



After wiping down contacts on both sides of ink I am now reciving a error code
