My 6600 OfficeJet printer is displaying a paper jam message starting with "remove the rear access panel..." The problem is that I never had a paper jam, and there is absolutely no paper anywhere that is causing the jam. I've powered down using three different methods, opened up every service door, and this error message still comes up. I cannot get pass this message to do any test print.
All rollers seem fine and ink cartridges are fine. Any help would be appreciated.
