While you notice that the printer is shown offline (printer drivers on server shows offline status), try to access printer through web browser (browse printer's web page using its IP address).
Do check If you are able to browse printer successfully without any errors. You may also try to print the device's internal configuration pages as well as use the PRINT option to print a document (supported file formats only).
If all the above mentioned steps are successful, then it confirms that the device is online & available for use in network. Thus also confirming that no hardware issue with printer.
If there is no issue with network connectivity or the hub, then you might need to look for issues with print spooler service & server OS.
