My HP Deskjet 1050 J410A all-in-one printer is showing this error whenever i try to take a print of coloured materials(does not pop wen i take print of black materials)

After doubting the cartridge,I bought a new HP genuine 802 tri color catridge.But the same problem is still persisting..
Can you suggest remedies?
