I have been running my DJ2050 J510 on Win7 with no problems for about a year but suddenly it won't respond when I try to print pics.
After hitting the PRINT button, when I hover over the printer icon, it says "1 document pending" for a few seconds, then reverts to "0 documents pending".
Word and Excel documents print OK as does the test page.
I have re-installed the driver software, switched everything off and on again, unplugged and replugged the USB, checked the ink levels, run the troubleshooting process but all to no avail.
The HP troubleshooting facility on-line is not very useful as it doesn't specify this sort of problem.
Any ideas please?
