I hate to hear you are having printing issues. Does the printer have any lights blinking? Are you able to print a test page from the front panel of the unit? Please use the steps below to test hardware functionality. Although this unit does not have the lift-up cover, the cartridge access area door flips down from the front, so there maybe an issue with the sensor. How to print a self-test report
Setup
- Press the button next to Setup on the product control panel ( ).
- Press the button next to Printer Report on the product control panel ( ).The self-test report prints.Hope this helps!
