Were there any hardware/software changes made? Absolutely no

Are you able to make a photocopy? No it doesn’t work

Step 1: Clear jammed paper from the printer

Step 2: Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges

Step 3: Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet

Step 4: Reset the printer

Just made much more times but it definitely doesn’t work. What do I have to do?
