After installing a new genuine HP print cartridge, the page to be aligned is printed. The next step of the process where the alignment page is to be fed into the document feeder, the folowing message appears on the printer's screen:
"Error - alignment page not detected."
Have tried fixing the problem by removing the print cartridge and going through the process again, placing the alignment sheet on the flat bed to align the cartridges, support on the HP web site, etc. Any suggestion?
