I purchased an HP 62XL Tri-color High Yield Ink Cartridge (C2P07AN) from Amazon.com Services on Feb. 2, 2018 and after printing only one sheet it is now generating the error message: "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and then touch OK." I've tried that but it keeps giving the same error message. If I reinstall the empty cartridge it's happy. Amazon is no longer accepting returns. Any suggestions?
