I have a wireless connection. I have had about 3 paper jams I went in the back of printer to remove all paper each time. Then later I would try to print and an error message "PAPER JAM" and it would not be a paper jam.Printer would work okay sometimes .Now the printer will not feed the paper. I have followed every step HP has suggested to do as to reset, clean rollers. revivalized rubber on rollers with 203, and disassembled the printer to see if gears are ok and to see if the white plastic push on piece is on the rod with the 4 rollers and it was on. If I manually turn the gears the roller that picks up paper turns, but if I plug up printer and try to print it does not turn. I know that the paper motor gives this roller the power . My thinking is that the paper jams must have caused the motor to be faulty. I am trying to buy a HP motor C 8941-60002 but can't find one nowhere on the internet. Can you tell me where I can purchase this motor? I need you opinion as if I am on the right track about the problem or could it be something else such as a corrupt spooler? Please tell me what to do to check that out. This printer has been used very little.
Thanks,
Linda Suddarth
