HP Deskjet F4400 series won't print of network

We have a HP Deskjet that was working fine on our network until we moved it to a new Dell with Windows 7.  All the rest of the computers are xp professional.  We can see it on the network - it seems to install with no errors but it will not print from any computers on the network only on the local.  Going crazy have tried Tried HP print and scan doctor - tried to update drivers - nothing works
