Thank you for answering all of my questions. I asked about your brand of PC in case I needed to walk you through cleaning out any important system files. I would not want to jeapardize the integrity of your working computer by telling you to clean out any instance of HP if this was, in fact, an HP computer. I am not going to take that route just yet seeing how Solution Center is still scanning.
See Step 4 of Message 25 about adding a new port to communicate with the printer (and use the printer's current IP address for this step). This is strongly advised. After doing so, send a print job to the printer and let me know the outcome. Once again, thank you for your patience and diligence. It is greatly appreciated.
