My printer was working fine until about a week and a half ago. I replace my modem/router with a new version and everything on my network works except for my printer. I talked to support, but got nowhere. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything and gone through every possible troubleshooting step. My printer shows it is ready on the wired network on the printer summary page, but not connecting when I go through the add a device setup. I have tried to do wired, wireless and even USB with no luck. I have an IP address and hostname showing on the network summary screen, but that is not helping it to be found. I am about to give up after 15 hours of dealing with this and move to a new brand, but wanted to try one last time to get some help with this.
