My own skill level using Photo Creations is about "average".
My first impression is that one of the following might be contributing to the issue:
- The aspect ratio of the image does not match that of the paper. (Shape and size of image does not match shape and size of the paper)
- Borderless is either not available or it is misconfigured in the job setup.
- The printer requires a bottom "larger" margin than what is required at the sides / top -- the job "looks OK" when you adjust the settings but the printer cannot produce the desired results.
So - not much help in that you are likely aware of all of these things and have taken into account what is needed.
