I understand that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One wherein the printer abruptly shuts off.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
And here are a few steps to restore the printer to its factory defaults:
1. Touch (Right arrow), and then touch Setup.
2. Touch Tools, and then touch Restore Factory Defaults.
Also, you may update the printer by following the steps listed below:
1. On the printer control panel, touch (HP ePrint), touch OK, touch Settings, and then touch Printer Update.
2. Touch Check for Product Update and then follow the on-screen instructions.
