i had bought a HP photosmart premium all in one ( C309a ) printer 2 years ago. one or two months ago, when i turn on the Power, the whole panel started blinking after searching for the connection. i tried to turn it off by unplugging the wire, because the power button would not let me turn off. i turn it back on, and it's doing the same thing. i've then tried to push all of the buttons that is on the panel, but it did not help. At first i thought i might be the cold winter, so i waited for a month or two until the weather gets warmer, but it still having the same problem.
can someone please tell me what is wrong, or tell me how can i fix this problem?
I always thought that HP produce good quality printer, but now i have a second thought. i have not even used the printer to print photos, nor have i used it frequently, and now it's dead. i don't think i would purchase another HP printer in the future.
