Hi,
Please find the following steps and check if it helps.
1. Please access Devices & Printers ( Win 7 and 8), Printers ( Win Vista), Printers & Faxes (Win XP ) in the Computer.
2. Now, right click on the Printer Driver icon and select Properties or Printer Properties.
3. Then, select the Device Settings tab.
4. Now, check if you are able to view Printer Status Notification under it.
5. If it is enabled, disable it and click on Apply.
6. Now, try printing and check.
If the issue still persists, please perform the following steps.
1. Please access www.hp.com/go/upd website
2. Now, please click on Download Software option on it.
3. Then, please select the Operating System in the list.
4. Now, please download the Universal Printer Driver for Windows PCL5 and install in the Computer.
5. Try printing and check.
