My black ink stopped being recognized by the printer

As i was printing , a message popped up saying that the black GENUINE xl ink I have is not recognized anymore. I havent had it for more than 2 weeks.

I have tried restarting, taken out the cartridge but the problem still remains.
I really need to use my printer and I'm really upset at all this happening. Is there somebody that can help me?
