First off, in a review of this type of issue - sorry to say - this may be a hardware issue that troubleshooting cannot fix so it may need replacing. Is the printer still covered under warranty. If so, we can provide the contacts for that. Please reply if this is an option for you, or should we continue with some additional troubleshooting. Either way it may be worth that effort. There's some relatively easy tips to try. Let me know.
