Sorry to note that your printer is not working satifactorily.

Suggest that you un-install the current driver software by going to Control Panel-->Programs -->Programs and Features  and un-installing driver software from there.

Then download the full feature driver matching your PC's OS as well as system [ 32 bit/ 64 bit system] and re-install again.
