I understand that you are facing issues with your HP printer wherein the automatic duplexer is not working.
This issue could occur if the print settings are not correct.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
- Right Click on Start and then click on Control Panel and then click on view devices and printers.
- Right click on the printer icon and then click on Printer Properties and then click on device settings.
- Click on the duplex unit and select installed in the dropdown.
