Please try the below steps..
1> touch SETUP (Wrench icon) >> TOOLS >> Printer Status Report.
If the issue still persits, go to next step.
2> touch SETUP (Wrench icon) >> TOOLS >> CLEAN PRINTHEAD
( try step2 for atleast 3 times )
Note: ensure the ink level in cartridge should atleast be 25%
If issue still persists, please call HP Tech Support for further assistance, as it could either be an issue with the cartridges or the printhead.
