I purchased this printer new from Best Buy in Independence, Mo.
This item was put into service and I subscribed to the Instant Ink that allows HP to send me new ink when the printer tells them it is low.
I have used this printer very little and I believe only one set of ink cartridges have been sent to me.
Today in the middle of printing I get a "Problem with printhead" error and no code.
The printer will not print now and apparently needs to be replaced by recommendation of the troubleshooting program.
Support page only states that this item is out of warranty.
I have never had any other issues with this printer prior to this incident.
Is this a correctable problem?
