Put in a new black ink cartridge but still will not print in black. The printer recognizes the new cartridge and it's level but still prints blank pages. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions, nothing has worked, but the black ink level has started to decline. I noticed a pool of black ink right underneath where the ink cartridges sit. Is it leaking?? What should I do? Printer is out of warranty.
