My HP photosmart 7510 is suddenly NOT printing the blue ink. It happened to coincide with my husband loading a new blue ink cartridge and getting the prompt on his computer that this cartidge was NOT an HP-approved cartridge (although it was in the same packaging as the hundreds of other cartridges that we've bought from Staples for this printer). We eventually put in yet another new blue cartidge as part of our troubleshooting - and I have cleaned the cartridges, aligned the printer (it now fails) and cleaned the printhead so there is nothing left to do that I am aware of. Before I either purchase a new printhead or a new PRINTER, is there anything else I can do that I haven't yet tried? Thanks for your help!
