Eliminating lines in labels from rollers picking up ink from between labels

I am working with the HP Deskjet 200 Laser M251 printer. 

The problem is;

Printing labels with dark borders, the rollers pick up ink and create a line in the middle of the next label on the sheet. 

Have tried different paper types thinking glossy would process slower and not let ink be coppied.  No Luck. 

Do I need a higher quality printer?
