I'm new to this support forum and have posted the following problem, and had a reply from george, but can't figure out hot to reply to him.
Any way. I just completed printing a google map, and went to print a .pdf file, that I have printed before without trouble, except this time it only printed the header but nothing else. the printer sounced like it was printing, but only the header was printed.
Tried printing other things, but the printer sounds like it is printing, but nothing appears.
Rebooted the system with the same results.
{Printed Windows Printer test page, and only got the header, with windows logo. Again, the printer sounded like it was printing, but ink only appeared on the header of the page.
I have an HP laptop, can't figure out the model No. from all the numbers of the bottom of the laptop.
I have windows 7 and Office 2013.
