I understand you're receiving blank pages when you print from the Officejet H470 Mobile printer. I will do my best to assist you! First, I would like to ask you some questions:
What is your operating system on your computer? Windows or Mac?
What program(s) are you printing from on your computer?
Could you print a Diagnostic page to make sure all colors are printing out correctly: (This information is stated here.)
To print a diagnostic page, press and hold the Power button (![]()

) one time, and then release the Power button (![]()
