Ok, I changed my cartridges.. did the alignment, unplugged and replugged, went to printing utility and printed a 'test page' (which printed perfectly) and I still have the same problem when I print everything else.
Everything I'm printing has horizontal spaces in between the ink. but the test page i printed came out perfectly so i'm assuming there is no issue with the internal machine itself. Should I possibly reinstall the printing software or what.....?
(I've included a photo of an example except this site flipped the photo left so the spaces and lines are supposed to be horizontal and not vertical.)
