Please make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector. Next, try resetting the printer for more than 60 seconds.
Now, make sure your Firmware is up to date here. You can also update this on the control panel of your printer: (This information is stated here.)
- On the product control panel, touch the Right Arrow to display the second navigation screen.
- Touch Setup, and then touch the Down Arrow to display the Web Services Setup Menu.
- Touch Web Services Setup.
- Touch the Down Arrow to select Product Updates.
- Touch Check for Product Updates.
