I am using Windows 7. Printer is connected both wirelessly and with a USB cable. I can no longer make copies that print black. The other colors work.
The scanner works.
I started a brand new HP authentic cartridge and it didn't work. I started a second new cartridge thinking the cartiridge was defective. Is there any way to exchange those in the event that I need to buy a new printer?
The Self test diagnostic prints in magenta but says everything is ok.
