Hello Armel,
Welcome to the HP Forums.
It appears that you're having troubles installing your Envy 5530, I will try to help you with this.
First question is how are you connecting the printer to the computer? Wireless or USB?
If you are connecting USB and using a newer computer (2 years old or newer) avoid using USB 3.0 ports. Currently the printer operates best on 2.0 still, and the backward compatibility of most 3.0 ports only provides some functionality or will cause the computer to "crash" or "blue screen". Simply using a 2.0 port has corrected this.
Next, I would like you to make sure all the software for the printer has been removed. Check in control panel - programs and features.
This is to ensure, that we don't run into any software conflicts upon a re-install later on. Also, if USB disconnect the cable.
After that's done, perform a clean boot on your computer. Here is a Microsoft document to help: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
In addition to what that document does, also go to the startup tab on the System Configuration window, and disable all.
What this will do, is turn off any background programs or other programs running on the computer that may be causing the installation to fail, it will also help in addressing the computer shutting down.
Once the computer has restarted from the step above, try the installation. Here is a link to the software: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.
If you are connecting USB, please only connect the cable when the software prompts you too.
If the installation fails, or errors please capture any error messages or codes. If you can a screen shot would be wonderful.
Try those steps out and let me know how it all goes. If you have any questions about anything feel free to ask. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.
