Sorry to hear that you are having an issue with printer not functioning. I see that you stated that the unit has all the lights on solid and it has no response when sending it a print job.
I would like to start off by doing a partial reset on the printer. The process to Resetting the Printer can be done by clicking on the link that I have provided.
Please be sure to plug the power cable in to a wall outlet and NOT a power bar/strip. Here is a document that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. Please be aware that the printer listed in the document is a LaserJet printer and it is only listed as an example and that this is meant for HP products in general.
