I noticed your post about your Envy 4500 no longer printing and showing you that it is not connected to the internet. I will do my best to assist you!
- I would like you to try to copy. If the copy works OK, continue troubleshooting. If there is a problem copying, let me know!
- Next, I would like you to try all of the steps in this guide: 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Will Not Print
Tip: Plug the printer in directly to the wall outlet, avoiding power bars and surge protectors. This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
