My HP Officejet 6700 Premium also has issues with the touchscreen. Within a month of getting it, the screen would stop working intermittently and eventually stopped working altogether. We had a backup printer that we used and now that printer is no longer alive (RIP old friend) I need to somehow resolve this issue.
We have powered on/off, unplugged the cord...everything I can think of. The screen simply has a message that reads, "Low on Ink" even though it's been replaced, you just can't click "OK" when you put the new cartridges in because the screen is defective.
I should have tried to resolve this sooner, procrastination is a problem for me....but if you can help in any way with the printer, that would be wonderful. Any sage advice for the procrastination, that is an added bonus.
