Not recieved ink

I have been enrolled in the instant ink programme for over a year and have successfully received ink in the past, however my colour cartridge has run out of ink and my black cartridge is almost empty.

 

When I log inot "my Ink" it shows both cartridges as installed, and when I look at past and fututre shipments I can see no shipments planned. 

 

I was under the impression that ink should be sent out well before you were supposed to run out. The help pages suggest chatting with an agent to order more cartridges but I am not getting this option. 

 

As I currently have quite a bit of prinitng to do you can understand my frustration at not being able to use my printer. 

 

Can anybody provide me with a method of getting ink sent out?
