G95 and no colour even with new cart

Hi,

I have a G95 multi/scan/fax/copy and the black is fine but there is no colour at all.

I bought a new cart but still nothing even after cleanings..

I have cleaned the contacts inside with isopropyl but no good.

Ani deas please?
