Thank you for your continued support. I have already tried the steps in that link. I confirmed that AirPrint was not selected, but when I click the "Options & Supplies" button under my printer, there is no tab for "Options" on my own computer, so I am unable to select the Two-Sided Printing feature. I read on the original post the last suggestion was to reinstall the software. I have already done this, but I have noticed no change.

However, as I said, I am able to print 2-sided copies from other sources such as Adobe Acrobat. I am not able to do this in Word or any other Microsoft Office 2016 program.
