Check if the driver port info matches with the fixed IP address.

A reboot of the computer should update the printer info.

If you are on windows, right mouse the printer in "Devces and Printers", and click the Port tab. If the IP  addressstill  doesn't match, I would recommend simply delete the printer and do "add printer" to add a new instance of the printer. Which will get the correct port number and print/scan should work.
