When printing docs, emails, etc., certain things just don't print... changed ink cartridges and they all register full... tried "best, normal and draft" settings... went and bought a new HP aio... same problem...
The thing that confuses me the most is what isn't printed.. on one email part was black characters and others were color that didn't print... some lines are partially printed, and some are just omitted altogether. There seems to be no rhyme or reason - just things not printed.
I am thinking there must be a setting somewhere in my computer (DELL) that isn't set right... but then, it worked fine until about a month ago, then all at once it starts missing printed items... I was thinking the printer must be old and worn out, but now a 2 day old printer is doing the same.
Any ideas?
