I found another way to make your text print a larger size in internet explorer 11. I assume it will work for other versions of internet explorer as well. Go to tools, internet options, click accessibility. In accessibility click ignore font sizes and then click ok to close the window. Then go to print preview and make sure it is marked as, shrink to fit. After this go to page setup and set your text to the size you would like it to be. Under view in IE 11 I changed the font size from largest to larger. This made my font size just perfect for me. If you don't like this you can always change back to your smaller fonts. I hope this will help you. I have noticed a lot of people complaining about the small font sizes.
