I am trying to print invitations on 5 5/8" x 5 5/8" paper, but I can't change the paper size. I can only choose from the pre-set paper sizes and that paper size is not available. I tried calling HP. BTW, I spoke to two different employees and they both seem like the had no interest in helping. The first one told me that the problem was the program I was using to print. The more I research the more I realize it is a printer fuction not a program one. Since I am using Mac, he said to call Apple and ask them was program to download. On my Mac I have a windows side so I switched over and found I had the same problem. So it is not a program problem. Then I called again and the lady said in order to help me I would have to pay.
I saw a thread suggestings to download a different driver, but I'm uncertain as to which one. Please help! I can do it either on the Mac or Windows side. It doesn't matter as long as I get these invites printed. Thanks.
