I've read your post about the printing issues you are having with Internet Explorer. I can see that you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting for the problem however, it persists. I would suggest targetting only IE as the issue at hand (as you can print from other programs, the printer tests fine). I recommend checking out the link below I have found to a thread on the Microsoft Community forums for this issue.
If the printing issue persists, try using another web browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
