Officejet 6500 E709N Error code 05705150

I have tried to reinstall my printer a thousand times and its driving me up the wall. The main error code I get is this:

Error Situation Code: 05705150

I keep sending the code via internet and downloading the stupid the installation helper but it always tells me the same thing that doesn't work.

So what is the problem please?
