envy 4500 all-in-one series

I bought a envy4500 all in one series and after all the installation and tests correctly I got one problem: When I print files from excel including"grid" the printer do not print all the lines from the files. Sometimes skip line grids then print two or three grids correctily and back to skip grids (lines). I did a copy from old copies and the copy was perfect.
